A. Description of Shear& Butt Welder System
The shear welder machine is necessary to increase production and improve products quality. Controlled by microcomputer and driven by hydraulic system to weld metal sheet automatically by CO2 gas and got a spiral welding seam. Compared with other productions at home and abroad, our equipment has a simple structure, reliable working performance, continent operation and precise running, which can ensure the continuous production on the welded pipe production line.
B. Working principle
1. Cut off the trailing edge of the strip steel
After filling materials to the accumulator, the trailing edge of the strip steel is sent to the cutting system. Align mechanism clamps strip steel, pinch roller fall to tighten, then the blade and pressure reducing plate drop down, and finish cutting of the trailing edge of the strip steel.
2. Form welding seam
After cutting of the strip steel trailing edge, keep the trailing edge on a clamped and impacted state. The car moves right some distance, and at this time, the cylinder withstands welding seam adjusting gasket. The car returns to left and tightens welding seam adjusting gasket to form welding seam. The size of welding seam is the size of adjusting gasket difference.
3. After uncoiling and flattening, the leading edge of strip steel enters to front align mechanism of the shear welder and moves forward to shear and cut system. At this time, clamp the front align splint, and then the front align mechanism cylinder drives the splint to align the leading edge and the trailing edge of the foregoing strip. After alignment, blade drops down and finishes the cutting of strip steel leading edge.
After cutting off the leading edge of strip steel, the car moves right to the lathe bed right baffle and at this time the welding seam is now at the middle of two binder plates. Let the two binder plates tighten the leading edge and trailing edge of the strip steel, adjust welding gun position, and start welding. For the electric signal feedback, the welding gun voluntarily stops when it moves all bandwidth. One welding seam is finished welding. Then the system releases, all the state back to the home position and wait for the next working cycle. Driven by accumulator, rapidly fill materials, and finish the whole shearing and welding process. Repetitive running is as the above process.

In April 2004, 32-bit CT-01 digital controller was promoted to satisfy users. In June, the absolute synchronized saw was launched. Till now, we have developed large-caliber saws and high-precision/speed board horizontal and punching shears.
Now, we can provide complete welded pipe production lines, stainless steel pipe flying saws, and deformed steel bar production lines, according to customers' requests.
