6W high quality high speed gear motor
Micro AC gear motor includes induction motor(including speed adjustable motor), reversible motor(including damp motor and brake motor) and torque motor according to usage. Motor electromagnetic program can be optimized designed by ANSOFT MAXWELL. Gears are proceeded with plasma nitriding heat treatment and hard cutting by high precision CNC which makes gearboxes high efficiency, low temp rise and long life.
1. Generally, micro induction motor refers to the motor rotated by the induction. Induction motor relies on capacitor and electromagnetism when starting and rotating. Though its starting torque is not very high, it has a simple structure, high efficiency and can rotate continue.
2. The single-phase motor has a reverse torque when rotating so pls change the rotation direction only after motor stops running.
3. Three-phase motor relies on three-phase supply. It has high efficiency and can get a higher starting torque.
