Overview
Series SBC is a axially split volute horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump with the impellers arranged symmetrically and the single- or double-suction first-stage impeller, used for pumping clean or slightly contaminated neutral or corrosive media. Especially its performance is stable in pumping media containing solid particles.
Series SBC pumps comply with the design requirements in API 610 10th/API 610 11th.
★ Application range
Mainly used in chemical and coal chemical industries, pipeline transmission, offshore drilling platforms, petroleum exploitation, power plants, etc. and also used for high-pressure hydraulic power recovery turbines in chemical industry.
Typically used as the ash water pump and lean methanol pump in coal chemical industry, the master pump and branch-line pump for pipeline transmission in crude oil transmission industry, the lean solution pump and rich solution pump for chemical fertilizer and synthesis ammonia plants, the water feeding pump for boiler in power plants, the water injection pump in oilfields, the pumps for offshore drilling platforms, etc.
★ Materials
Main materials: S-5, S-6, S-8, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1, D-2 and other materials to API610, or designed according to the requirement of the customers.
★ Sealing
The sealing system designed completely according to API 682 Standard 2nd Edition "Pumps-Shaft Sealing Systems for Centrifugal and Rotary Pumps" can be configured with different types of seals and seal flushing and cooling modes, or as required by the customer.
★ Direction of rotation
The pump can be designed as clockwise rotation from the view of driving end or as required by the customer.
