According to the actual needs, the shot blasted blank will be distributed by shelf of blank straightening machine automatically to three guide rail blank straightening machines to do the straightening work, every straightening line has three straightening machines named X, Y, Z, which can respectively straighten bow spring, distortion and lateral bending by the way of step straightening (Step distance is 500mm. ) to meet the straightness(1.5~2mm/5m, the value can be set. ) of the guide rail blanks required by high speed broaching machine. The design power of single blank straightening line is 50Kw. The refrence outline dimension is 28m× 3m× 2m. The electrical controlling combines PLC with PC, system has the functions of self-monitoring and self-testing.

Twisting degree: 1.5mm/5m, which is fit for high-speed broaching machine to make.
