Three automatic finished product straightening lines can complete straightening and inspecting on line within 5 meters from X axis and Y axis, the power is hydraulic, after staightening, the lines will collect rails automatically then convey them to next line-end finishing machining line. The electrical controlling combines PLC with PC, and system has the functions of self-monitoring and self-testing, as well as automatic statistical returns.
