Brief description

Fully-automatic baking machine to make ice cream sugar cone with high quality.This machine can make sugar rolled cone,egg roll,round thin biscuit,wafer biscuit and bowl-shaped cup.We can design the different baking machines to make different types of sugar rolled cones as required by clients.

Detailed description

The machine is driven by the 3phase power and baking oven is heating with gas(natural gas or liquid gas). Producing ability is very high and it is fully-automatic from spraying the batter,baking,forming,falling off from molds,conveying products,stacking and counting.

Model A:There are two pieces of wafers on each baking plate.It can make the cones within 145mm long.

Model B:There is one piece of wafers on each baking plate.It can make the cones within 185mm long.

Model M:There are two pieces of wafers on each baking plate.It can make the cones from 60mm to 110mm long.

The angle and length L can be produced as required by clicent. The same machine can make different products within round biscuit,sugar rolled cone, egg roll by changing the different forming devices.
