Product introduction
This product is made by using CPE as base materials, mixed with other additives. Since CPE is a Chlorine saturated rubber without double bond in the main chain, so the product boasts the properties of flame, oil, abrasion, erosion, cold, aging resistance and excellent mechanical properties. Showing good using performance .at present, it becomes the ideal substitute for CR and CSM when producing rubber sheaths.
Reference for using
1. Products is the continuous film, adding vulcanizing agent, and can put extrusion cold feed directly，it is convenient and time or labor saving.
2. It is recommended to employ continuous curing line for extrusion production.
Extruder compression ratio：1.1:1～1.5:1
Slenderness ratio: 6:1～16:1(Less than 10:1 recommended hot rubber)
feeding temperature:55～60℃;machine body temperature:65～70℃;machine head temperature 75～80℃（winter :75～85℃）
temperature of the vulcanization tube:165～185℃(pressure range:0.8～1.3Mpa)
3. Due to the different specification of cable, adjust the traction speed according to the actual curing effect.
4. According the curing data offered by the company for rational use.
Package and storage
1. Can be packaged according to customer requirements, regular packing: 25Kg/bag, 500Kg/bag, 1000Kg/box.
2. To be kept in clean, dry, and ventilated warehouse, avoided being exposed to the sun, rain and high temperature.
Attentions
1. In the winter when stored at room temperature over 15℃, suggestions; If the long-term storage at low temperature, heating rubber use suggestion.
2. Conventional products low temperature resistance performance to ensure that -25℃, below this temperature environment, need to use my company hardy series products.
3. The series of products began to curing temperature is high, room temperature is not easy to own cure, can be stored for more than half a year, if stored for more than six months, suggest mixing before use.
