Ladder butt splice kit

Material: pre-galvanized steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, powder coated steel, stainless steel.
Fit for: solid and tubular steel. 1-1/2" × 3/8', 2" × 3/8".
Component: splice plates, split lock washers, bolts and nuts.
Application: connect two sections of runway end-to-end.

Two butt splice kits are connecting the cable ladders.

Heavy duty butt splice kit

Material: pre-galvanized steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, powder coated steel, stainless steel.
Component: splice plates for 1-1/2" stringers, bolts and nuts, 3/8" split lock washers.
Application: splice two length of cable ladder together.

Adjustable junction splice kit

Material: pre-galvanized steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, powder coated steel, stainless steel.
Component: adjustable corner plates, bots and nuts, lock washers.
Application: suit for any angle of horizontal junction to wire the cables which needs large radius bends or route around existing cables.

90° junction splice kit

Fit for: all types of 1-1/2" × 3/8" or 2" × 3/8" cable ladder.
Component: corner clamp plates, trimmed head bolts and nuts, split lock washers.
Applications: create a 90° junction splice.

Heavy duty 90°junction splice kit

Component: splice angle, hexagonal cap bolts and nuts, split lock washers.
Applications: fit for vertical runs and meet seismic requirements.

90° runway splice kit

Component: 90° outside clamps, inside edge clamps, trimmed round head and square neck bolts, hexagonal nuts and lock washers.
Application: connect the cable ladder at a 90°angle.

45° runway splice kit
