2.working prindiple of rotary yogurt filling sealing machine
1.before starting machine, check whethe the power and air compressor connected well. and checked whethe the cups and films are placed at the right place.
2. set paratmeters on control system, like filling volume, filling speed,heating sealing temperature, etc.
3.working process: cups drop right down from the cup frame into the mold below, with round plate rotrating, the mold will move towards under filling head and stop there, after filling, cups will continue move forward the film sealing part. For this part, both roll film and sheet film are ok. and we can also install date coding machine if you need.
4.after sealing, film suction device will automacitly Suck the cups and take them out to outlet. in this part, we can also install a conveyor to output final products if you need.
