This series of compressors are manufactured by LMF which belongs to BMW and can be applied to gas compression for standard and primary stations.
With over 60 years of experience in the compressor business, LMF is the leading Austrian manufacturer of high-pressure piston compressor systems for air, natural gas as well as technical and industrial gases (process gases) with a power range of 6200 kW (8000 hp) and final pressures of 700 bar (10150 psi).
1)Features
(1).These compressors are imported from Austria and adopt Germany technology, so they have stable performance and high quality, and there is no need of spare machines. With regular maintenance and operation, the compressors can work trouble-free and guarantee the continuous operation of CNG filling stations.
(2).Among the same models of compressors manufactured by other companies, our ratio of power to capacity is the biggest and the power is 76%. The volume of our compressors is only 70% of the same model of compressors manufactured by other companies, so our compressors take less space. Therefore, it can reduce at least 24% of operating cost.
(3).Compressors, cables, terminal box and control panel are skid-mounted and independent-running control cabinet can be designed according to client needs.
(4).The advanced micro-control system is composed of program control, display panel control, report and pressure control system, IP interface and telephone modem.
(5). Crosshead and piston rod are connected by the unique LMF crosshead coupling without thread on the piston rod.
(6).Forced oil feed from the crosshead, small-end and large-end connecting rod bearings avoids weakening of the crankshaft with oil passages.
(7).Crankshaft with oil-free lubrication has advantages of higher strength, more stiffness and longer life.
(8).The unique and big LMF lubrication oil tank can reduce the frequency of oil circulation.
(9). Identical, interchangeable main and crankpin bearing sleeves reduce and simplify spare parts requirements. Axial crankshaft loads are carried by a separate bearing and the connecting rods are axially guided in the crossheads. Only cylindrical, hydro-dynamically optimized main and crankpin bearing surfaces without shoulders and circumferential grooves are used.
