Measuring system
All dosing scales are direct electric ones, and all sensors are high-precision ones. Aggregate feeding system has 4 weighing hoppers that work simultaneously, which greatly shortens the blending period and improve measuring accuracy. The whole measuring system features small absolute error and high measuring accuracy.
Mixing system
The main mixer can be BHS, TEKA, SICOMA, or HAINUO(Smaller than 2mm)double-horizontal-axis compulsory mixer that feature big mixing power, uniform and fast mixing performance, and it could mix hard concrete, plastic concrete, and others in different compounding ratio. Advanced mixing mechanism, wearable mixing blades and backing stip as well as unique mixing angle determine the excellent mixing performance and long service life of the system. Shaft head of mixer are separated from the bearing part, the sealing device is fixed on the end plate of mixing drum, float sealing mode is adopted, central lubrication is made automatically, and furthermore the system is very easy to repair & maintain.
Feeding system
The feeding system si composed of storage bunker and delivery device. Aggregate storage bunker and the engine could be located according to customer's requirements. The aggregate is conveyed by horizontal belt & bevel belt. There are 60T, 100T, 200T, 300T and 500T cement silos for optional. Import gas cushion equipped on the cement silo ensures smooth conveying of cement. Cement, ash & external power reactant are conveyed by screw conveyor with small angle of inclination.
Operation and controlling systems
The whole is controlled by most reliable PLC and host computer, and easy to operate full-automatic, semi-automatic, or manual. The host computer could control the whole course of production, save a large number of data, and the monitoring system can trace and display the working conditions of every bart through dynamic images. Well-equipped printing system could print various functions, a big capacity, strong interference resistance. All of its key parts and components are imported with original packaging, which improve the reliability & safety of control system.
