WDG series pneumatic anti-falling high temperature resistant air cylinders with valve are widely used for crust breaking in electrolytic tank in electrolytic aluminium industry. These series products adopt structure of noise muffling and airflow throttling, adjustable buffering, pneumatic self-locking, and also have the following features:

The annual production capacity for crust breaker cylinder is above 40,000 sets.
Structural characteristics
a. The air cylinder sealing elements is made of high temperature resistant and wear resistant rubber material imported from abroad. The working ambient temperature is 5-200℃
b. Guiding and supporting devices with function of automatic lubrication are fitted at the location of piston and piston rod, which has high temperature resistant and wear resistant features.
c. The upper and lower chamber shall exhaust air independently, which is able to be equipped with noise muffling and airflow throttling device according to customer’s demand.
d. Buffering chamber is fitted on air cylinder end to prevent impact during working. Buffering is adjustable.
e. The control valve shall adopt large diameter seating type pneumatic control valve which is of high temperature resistant and antimagnetic, and specially designed for electrolytic aluminium industry. It has features like big airflow, anti-pollution, strong adaptability to surroundings and reliable performance etc.
f. The piston rod shall be conducted with chromate treatment and have strong performance of anti-corrosion.
