We supply customized beer fermenters with capacity from 2HL to 200HL, which could be shipped inside containers. Furthermore, we can also build bigger size fermenters on site.

Typical specifications of uni-tank fermenters with capacities less than 100hl are as the followings:
- Max. Working Pressure: 2 Bars
- Design pressure: 3 Bars
Construction
- At least 25% excess headspace
- Vertical cylinder & cone bottom shape
- Dished top head (3mm thick S.S.304 sheets)
- 60 cone bottom
- Inside side and bottom finish: 3mm thick S.S.304 sheets, 2B quality original surface, welds polished to 2B quality, pickled,
- Dimpled glycol jackets on side and bottom: 1.5mm thick S.S.304 sheets;
- Insulation: 70mm thick Polyfoam jackets on the side and bottom
- Cladding finish: 2 mm thick S.S.304 sheets, frosted surface
- 2 lifting eyes on the top head for convenient moving
- 4 complete S.S.304 legs with adjustable footpads and horizontal cross bracing
- Side mounted S.S.304 fabricated swing-in & lift-out ellipse manway with fastening handle
Fittings
- All of them are adopted and installed according to professional design for customers’ convenient operation
- Thermo-well: pocket (S.S.316) and boss (Aluminum alloy, powder sprayed)
- PT100 thermal sensor interlock with solenoid valve on the glycol inlet
- One rotating sanitary S.S.304 CIP spray ball on inner head with down-tube and fittings integrated (Tri-clamp 1”)
- Butterfly valve (Tri-Clamp 1.5”) on the CIP down-tube
- One sampling cock placed on lower place of the side (Tri-clamp 1” connecting)
- Manometer
- Breathing valve for pressure relief and Anti-vacuum: fixed relief pressure, e.g. 2 Bars, Sanitary, S.S.304 fabricated, mounted on the top head,
- 1 sanitary manual butterfly valve (Tri-Clamp 1.5”) on the bottom of the cone part for wort inlet, beer outlet, cropping yeasts and drainage
- 1 sanitary manual butterfly valve (Tri-Clamp 1.5”) on the side of cone for beer outlet
- Convenient removable design: Installation of all fittings designed for operators’ convenience of external assembly / disassembly for cleaning and replacing purpose, etc.
- Glycol inlet / outlet
- Automatic pressure control: Mechanical bunging pressure regulator
