Dawn was born in 2004, it is a leading supplier and manufacturer who started sportswear and work wear business over 9 years ago. we started and as dedicated to outdoor and athletic sportswear in technical performance for famous brands. Due to the success and experience with our company ,all the sportswear are widely used for trekking,hikking,camping,skiing,running,cycling,fishing,golf,equestrian and also fitness & wellness and tennis sports, but all a technical background to make it more functional and stylish. The main products include outdoor jacket, fleece, quilted coat, trousers, shorts, bodywarmer, shirt, softshell ,polo, jersey and skirts etc. The fabric is full of technical properties including waterproof, breathablity, ultra light, wicking moisture, dry fit, thermal protection, teflon coating, fluorescent, UPF+, soft touch and other performance.
Our general office is located in Wuhan, City , which is one of the biggest city in the middle of China. Over 40 professional merchandisers can provide fast and daily communication. Over 20 sample sewing workers can meet any sampling service and 20 QCs can provide full quality control. We have 2 factories with 100% share. There have been past the certificates such as BSCI, CT-Pat, Wrap, Oekotex-100 and so on. Our sales per year is 20,000,000 US dollars.
The woven factory set up in 2005,it is located in Ezhou , one hour distance from Wuhan airport or train station if by car. Here are more than 150 sewing workers. The labour cost is much lower than coastline factories. In this factory, our main products are trekking and hiking pants and workwear. If casual pants, our capacity is 90,000pcs per month; if workwear, we can produce 100,000 sets per month.
And the knit factory set up in 2007, it is located in Jiangyin city, Wuxi, which is only 40 minutes to Shanghai by fast train. There are 150 sewing workers who are expert at technical sports wear, such as cycling, running, fitness, tennis and softshell. Each month we can produce 100 000pcs technical knitwear and 400 000pcs normal T-shirts. All the samples and cutting are available in CAD system automatically and each roll of fabric must be inspected by inspection machines.
Except the aboved 100% percent control factories, we have invested the other factories. One we have 40% as a shareholder to a knit factory in Jiangyin, who has more 400 sewing workers and 60 4-needles-6-stitches machines, each month we can produce 800 000pcs technical knitwear and 2, 400, 000pcs normal T-shirts. The other 2 woven factories one is 30% share, who can produce skiwear and down jacket. The other is 40% share who specialized for casual pants and workwear.
