The features of double angle sawing machine for aluminum and plastic doors and windows are listed as follows:
1.It can be applied to cut the two ends of aluminum-plastic profiles with angle of 45°, 90° and -45°;
2.The special cemented carbide saw blades ensure the quality and durability of cutting surface;
3.The high-precision main arbor can lead to the smooth movement of blade;
4.The maximum cutting section is 120×120mm;
5.The two saw heads can work alone or together.
6.The error of cutting angle is limited to 5°;
7.The flatness of cutting cross section is not more than 0.05mm;
8.The roughness of cutting profile is Ra 12.5 μm.
