I. Composition
This primer is two-component paint. Component A is prepared by processing epoxy resin, ultra-fine zinc powder, a variety of auxiliary agents and mixed solvent. Component B is polycarbonate resin as the curing agent.
II. Properties and Usage
This primer features high paint film hardness, strong adhesion, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance, etc. Additionally, machining, cutting, welding and other operations can be carried out without the need of removing the paint film due to strong matching property of this primer, thus the primer can be widely applied to bottoming by coating the primer on various steel plates, section steel and moulded parts which are subjected to surface treatment through shot-blasting and reach the required grade.
