Main Technical Characteristics
·FUJI inverter ensures wide speed scope and constant winding surface speed winding.
·Fully computerized controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC ensure safe and reliable automation control on beam loading/ doffing, beam clamping, pressurizing, machine starting/stopping etc.
·10.4-inch DIGITAL touch screen, easy operation, direct and informative, comprehensive trouble shooting and analyze.
·Perfect pneumatic system for controlling the beam lifting, clamping and pressurizing of press roller, and also provide pressure for the hydraulic brake system.
·Hydraulic disc brakes for warp beam and press roll, wear extent adjustable automatically. Pressure gauge available. Braking pressure can be adjusted separately. Pneumatic pressure source drive the oil motion.
·Side frames made of high quality cast iron is of good structure and high stiffness.
·Parallel pressurizing. The roller pressurizes parallelly along the fixed straight rail inclined 15°, no vibration and less noise when machine running at high speed, pressure adjustable steplessly and can be displayed on the pressure gauge, this ensure the optimal yarn build-up. The pressure roller swings away upon braking.
·Strong beam supporting mechanism and safety device ensure beam running at high speed not to drop in case of sudden power or gas failure.
·Expansion reed move left and right, up and down automatically. Intermittent blower available to keep comb clean.
·Pneumatic controlled windshield rotates to close or open automatically upon the machine start or stop.
·Safety guard rail guarantee safety of operation.
·Photoelectric encoder transmit signal of surface speed and winding length. Electromagnetic brake available for braking of the length counting roller.
·Electric contact or photoelectric broken end stop motion device is installed in front of creel, sensitive and reliable avoid the broken end being wound into the beam.
·Multiple types of creels and yarn package positions and cone pitches available for option.
·Multiple types of tensioners for option: 2-pillar tensioner, 3-pillar tensioner, ring type tensioner and magnetic suspension tensioner. (patent product)
