Shenyang Getai Hydropower Equipment Co., Ltd. (as GETAI), formerly Shenyang Hydraulic Machinery Hydroturbine Fittings Manufacturing Company (Shenyang Hydraulic Machinery Institute), was established in 1992, a professional company engaged in the line of hydraulic turbine runner as an OEM in China.
GETAI holds land of 18,000 m3 includs 12,000 m3 buildings, considered as a large hydraulic turbine runner base in China. The technician team in GETAI under the leadership of senior specialists dealing with hydro-turbine runner design, metal material , and casting process research. More than 30 engineers specialized in casting, heat treatment, welding, mechanical manufacture, numerical control, etc along with the skillful technicians play the role as the backbones in GETAI.
The castings, rough & finish machining, and numerical control processing provided by GETAI are totally qualified by a serious of testing methods such as UT, PT, MT, RT etc. All the stainless steel castings could be applied with VOD (Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization) or AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) to increase the performance of the hydraulic turbine runners.
The main product in GETAI involve the various kinds of hydraulic turbine runner, like Francis runner; Pelton runner, Kaplan runner and Bulb runner.
