Brewhouse Features
Customized design of tanks, production flow, etc as per customers’ brewing process and beer features, e.g. 16°P all malt beer.
Customized arrangement of brewhouses’ vessels, in rows, angle or square to fit the customers’ existing buildings.
Dismountable basic frames with operators’ platform and pre-built piping for convenient site installation
Multi brews per 24 hours, e.g. 6 batches with 4-vessel brewhouse

Mill: 2-roller or 4 rollers dry mill or wet mill
Mash tun: Agitators and dimpled steam jackets for uniform mixing and heating mashing.
Lauter tun: Rakes, spent grain removal beam, conveyor, etc
Kettle: Internal Calandria boilers. Optional low pressure boiling with less energy consumption and reduced evaporation, also with hop dosing tank.
Whirlpool: Professional design to reach ideal trub separating effect.
Control: Semi or fully automatic brewing control process, with mashing curve. Saved recipes and records of different batches. 1 operator can handle all the brewing work with the automatic control.
