1.Process piping
Process piping on the skid-mounted body, Vacuum Insulation Valve Box, is the patent product developed by our company independently.
The Vacuum Insulation Valve Box has the advantages of small volume, small welding point, good insulation and easy operation.
All the process keeping-warm pipelines can be connected and put in the valve box and the whole box can be vacuum heated. Therefore the vacuum valve-box only needs a big vacuum cavity to heat all the pipelines. Effective reduction of the pipeline volume and increase of the vacuum cavity thickness can improve the effect of heat insulation and avoid the waste of liquefied natural gas. It is convenient to operate and maintain the equipment because of all the valve control mechanism above the box. The reduction of weld compared to traditional process increases reliability and safety.
2. Submerged Pump and Pump-Sump
The submerged pumps with advanced technology, stable performance and convenient maintenance are imported. The outlet and inlet of the pump-sump are connected with vacuum flanges to keep the good performance. The pressure and temperature sensor in it are pretty safe and reliable.

11. The pressure and temperature detection device can transmit information to control cabinet, so the operation of the pump can be controlled and the pump outlet pressure can display on site;
12. The pump-sump with double sealing structure can avoid the waste of liquefied natural gas.
