Description
Mass air flow sensor is installed between the air filter and throttle for measuring the intake air mass of the engine, it decides the basic fuel injection mass and provides an optimal air-fuel ratio for the engine. Therefore, the engine can make the fuel completely burst, and achieve the largest power and reduce emission. Consequently, the automobile can achieve the best performance, and meet the emission limits required by law.

Comparision of the feature with Original
(1) Comparision of static-state feature with Original
In the case of the same air flow, the output signal feature of same model mass air flow sensor is compared with Original.
The comparision results are showed in the follow figure. The abscissa denotes air flow mass, the ordinate denotes output voltage signal. In the figure, the blue curve is output signal of Original, and the red curve is output signal of ours. Through comparing with two curves, it is easy to find that our air flow sensor has the same output signal feature as Original. The same model of our air flow sensor can directly replace Original.
(2) Comparision of dynamic feature with Original
The dynamic feature of mass air flow sensor directly determines whether the engine can quickly accelerate or decelerate or not, or it will be flame-out. The waveform of our air flow sensor and Original is showed in the follow figure, the blue curve is output signal of Original, and the red curve is output signal of ours. It can be found that the rise curve of our air flow sensor coincides with Original, and not appears any overshoot when rising to the top. The dropping curve is also the same. The test results show that our air flow sensor completely reaches the dynamic feature level of Original.
