The device can be allocated on operating tables and ward beds in hospitals. The electrical warming mattress applies carbon fiber yarn as heating element. Applying thermostat as the controller of electrical energy input, carbon fiber yarn as heating material, and running under low voltage power supply, the device could make patient be in a warm thermostatic environment and provide body surface heating and warming for them.
