The equipment is applicable to spray drying of fluid containing solid such as solution and suspending liquid. The treatment process generates little influence on solubility, tincture, flavor and nutrient content of products, due to shortperiod of heating materials, rapid evaporation and low heat exchange temperature inside the column.
