Even though it?s the main brand of Panettones in Brazil, with more than 40% of the market, the recipe continues the same since it arrived in the country: put together the finest ingredients let the dough grow with natural fermentation and dedicate 52 hours in the production of each unit. Together with Visconti, approximately 65 million Panettones are manufactured annually by Pandurata.
UNION OF GREAT BRANDS
One of the main characteristics of Pandurata is to associate great brands with quality products. In 2001, it acquired the Visconti factory in Brazil and the brands Io-Iô Crem and Granulados Visconti and, in the following year, began local production, adapting its formulas and packaging to the taste of the Brazilian consumer. In 2008 Pandurata signed a joint venture with Hershey?s, leader in the chocolate segment in North America and also took over the distribution of the Ovomaltine line in Brazil.
