We produced basing on high density polythene(PE) as main material. The rectangle pipes are extruder and then enter into the twine forming machine, at the same time, the second extruder spray the rubber strips and then squeeze to reunite Φ400-Φ2200mm it. It''s outside wall is neat the Max can reach 16kn/m2. It is suitable for the sour alkali liquid below 10%. This kinds of pipes have many excellent characteristics, such as, corrosion resistant easy fixing long life time (50years), etc. It can subsitute the pipes made of high energy consumption material(cement, cast iron, procelain and ceramics, etc) it is widely used for sewage and drainage in super high way municipal construction, flats, athetic field, square, mine, agricltrue, and bridges etc.
