Semi-automatic Aluminum Screw Cap Capping Machine (BXG-1)

1) The machine adopts symmetrical four-side sealing system which can create the even power on each side of the cap.
2) The machine press the cap firstly then turn the tread which can give a better sealing to the bottles.
3) By replacing the capping head also makes it possible for tightening plastic caps.Different sealing tightness requirements can be adjusted according to the materials of the caps.
4) Stainless steel material, food grade, make the clean surface and a durable life.
