1.Product Introduction
Crawler self-generating electric treadmill is a new concept green treadmill developed by our company independently, which adopts an elastic rubber arc running deck, crawler running belt lamination technology, self-generating electric control technology and bearing drive technology. Using gravity to start, accelerate and decelerate and controlling the speed freely, the product overcomes the impact to the knee due to the failure of footsteps to keep up with the running belt in passive running, radically puts an end to the traditional electric “passive” running way and realizes “active” running in the real sense. The arc running surface, crawler elastic rubber running belt and active running design reduce the impact during movement and effectively protect the runner’s knees, while the bearing drive system reduces movement wear and lowers the maintenance costs.
The self-generating electric control system carried by the treadmill will convert the mechanical energy generated during treadmill running into electrical energy to realize the panel display, parameter setting, movement mode selection, multimedia entertainment, speed limit control, emergency stop and other functions, and display the time, distance, number of steps, movement speed, maximum speed limit, heart rate, calories and other parameters in a real-time manner; the battery will be charged automatically during movement to achieve electric energy storage.
Featuring rich entertainment function design, the product can be connected to the U disk externally to read and play the audio, video and image files, receive TV and AV signal externally to play television and video, or be wirelessly connected to phones with Bluetooth to play the music in the phones and make and answer calls. Standard USB interface is provided to charge your phone and MP3.
The self-generating eletric design makes the product independent from external energy, saves the energy, reduces the environmental use requirements, and largely lowers costs, which is in line with the energy-saving and environment-friendly development trend of fitness equipment.
