The installation and fixing method of steel grating suspended ceiling are as follows:
There are two fixing method for steel grating suspended ceiling, welding and installing. For the permanent case that doesn’t need to disassemble, the ceiling can be welded onto the support. The welding spot is on the first flat steel or each corner, the weld shall be corner welding that is no less than 20mm long and 3mm high. Mounting clip will protect zinc coating and make the ceiling easy to disassemble. The ceiling can be fixed by Weierma mounting clip, and each plate needs at least four clips. For bigger plate, there better be more clips on available support and frame.
