Haihua R & D center is a technical center in province level, the enterprise has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise by Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Department, it is a Lubricating Oil and Grease Subcontracting Laboratory of National Petroleum Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shenyang), Lubricating oil & grease subcontracting laboratory of Liaoning Institute of Quality Inspection, China Iron and Steel Industry Association executive director unit, China Metallurgical Equipment Hydraulic Lubrication Committee director unit, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association member unit. In 2007, the enterprise was entitled as "Top Ten Taxpayer in Haicheng City" and "Top 50 Non-public Enterprise in Anshan City". In 2007, the enterprise got the title of "Liaoning Honest Enterprise" and Anshan Municipal Management Award.
