Fuyi Centrifuges efficiently separate from one to several thousand liters of biological cultures and other mixtures. For extremely high solid concentrations, drum centrifuge can be supplied for high performance separations.
Milk separator Work
Fuyi Centrifuge separator are characterized by their ability to process many times the volume of their tubular bowl. Fluid mixtures are fed into the bottom of the rapidly rotating separating chamber. Solid are retained, while components are expelled from the top of the chamber through a collection tray.
For Liquid-Liquid separation, two collection trays are used. The retained solid cake is dry and densely packed by the high G-forces of the Fuyi Centrifuge. Plastic bowl liner are available for models GF/GQ-105/125/150 to facilitate cell paste removal.
