The level wind screws we made are integral type. The material of level wind screw may be ASTM 4140 or according to customers requirements. The material can be authenticated by CCS, ADS, NK, LR, DNV according to customers requirement.The material of nut may be C95500 or according to customers requirements. The nut we made can fit with level wind screw very well. The clients do not need manual grinding the nut to fit the level wind screw, when they assemble the winches. The advantages of our technology are obvious.
