We are mainly engaged in wind generator shafts, wind power tower flanges, steel flanges and ring forging parts with an annual production capacity of 120, 000 tons. Equipped with owns 120 sets of advanced and top ranking equipments like 4.5M, 7M heavy NC ring rolling mill and 3000T, 6000T press mill which are imported from Germany and Korea, meanwhile, excellent physicochemical lab with accurate equipments, we can individually complete all processes from blanking to ring rolling, tempering (thermal refining), machining, detecting and testing. The maximum diameter of our tower flange is 7 meter, piece weight of generator shaft 120 tons and weight of ring forging part 20 tons. Our manufacturing level is topping first among the same industry.
