Wireless remote reading multi jet dry dial residential water meter
The dry type series residential water meter uses advanced wireless transmission technology, by microelectronic control circuits, the measurement of the traditional mechanical meter to convert the information into electrical signals, transmitted via GPRS to a computer system or a remote meter-reading personnel handheld wireless remote meter-reading machine to the table with the data copied to the up, and then back into the computer management system.

5. Working Principle and Function
It is the bidirectional wireless remote pulse smart residential water meter (dry type, magnetic drive). It will get rotation information of the second pointer 0.01 on the dial and obtain the matched pulse data by one magnet and double reed switches what are embedded under the wheel pointer 0.01, then the electronic device will convert the received pulse data into a numeral value base on unit of cubic meter and wirelessly transmit the value to WAMR system. The wireless remote meter reading can avoid the inconvenience of manual reading.
- Wireless master can get the meter’s digital data, valve status, battery voltage, possible failure information and other related meter’s parameter by RF module.
- The interval time of meter reading is 1.5s, and valid communication distance larger than 200m
- The master RF module can operate wireless remote valve control, parameter setting and clearance of abnormal status.
- When low voltage alarming happens, user can conduct forced open valve operation.
- The wireless water meter adopts ER26500M power type Li−SOCl2 spiral battery.
- 7. When the RF module suffers from some magnetic interference, the valve will be automatically switched off .When the interference disappears, the valve will resume to the original status before magnetic interference
- This wireless remote smart residential water meter has low voltage alarming function. An alarming mark will be set and then the meter will wait for battery replace when the electric components detect battery low voltage. Before battery replacement, the RF module will automatically stop the operation such as rust prevention and regular data upload which will consume large current.
- This water meter also has valve rust prevention function. The valve of the water meter will automatically switch off/on once every 10 days to prevent the valve from rust.
