Industrial Enzyme Lipase
Lipase is developed by Sichuan Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd for animal with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology, which can catalyze lipid hydrolyzationand facilitate animal’s digestion and absorption of nutrient content, increasing feed conversion rate and economic benefit.
1. Fat and Lipase
As one of the most important energy sources for animals, fat contains 2.25 times energy as much as carbohydrate and can meet animal demand for high energy consistence. Fat is the solvent of K lipsoluble vitamin and other hormones and promotes their intussusception; meanwhile it supplies animals with indispensable unsaturated fatty acid , keeping animals growing healthily. Therefore, it is quite prevalent to add fat into animal feed.
Lipase is the fundamental enzyme in lipometabolism, and it can hydrolyze fat into non-esterified fatty acid, glycerin and monoglyceride absorbed by animals, without sufficient supply of which it will endanger the organism. Monogastric animals can excrete lipase themselves, however:
- Young animals have incomplete digestive function and excrete insufficient endogenous digestive enzyme, and its digestibility of fat stays low.
- The length of fatty acid chain and site of triglyceride will effect its absorption.
- The degree of fatty acid saturation in lipid has an impact upon digestion, since more unsaturated fatty acid in lipid leads to better absorption.
- Significant effect. A number of animal experimentations prove it can increase feed conversion and reduce feed cost.
1. Excellent thermostability and high enzyme activity at 37°C-60°C. The enzyme activity remains over 90% after being kept at 95°C for 10 minutes.
2. A wide pH range of activity. High enzyme activity from pH 3 to 10 helps lipase play a better role in gastrointestinal tract.

6. Packing and storage
Packing: 25 kg/ composite bag. Keep sealed for 12 months under 25°C. Avoid the sun, rain, high temperature andhumidity.
