3.12 ZLB-4 model Water cooling system
Water cooling system adopt anode forced cooling, the pipe for import and export is 10m.there are the protection switch of the water current relay and the temperature protection switch ,once the current over 4L/min the current relay will protect, than the protector will show alarm, once the temperature over 45 degree temperature,the X-Ray will show alarm.
3.13 T1016 model H.V Generator
H.V generator is self-governed cathode high-voltage generator,can output 165KV constant potential high-voltage,can meet the equipment under 160KV, make output allowance to make sure the stability and the security, it adopt high quality insulated oil and a double-voltage rectification circuit is adopted in the generator; together with the filament transformer make the x-ray tube producing a 0.1–30 mA tube current.
3.14 T6000 model Controller
Tube voltage: precision ±1%,repeatitiveness superior ±1.5%, step≤1KV, actual tube voltage 40-160KV continuous adjust, steady voltage automatically.
Tube current: precision ±1%,repetitiveness superior ±1%, step≤0.1mA, actual tube current 0.1-20mA continuous adjust, steady current automatically.
T6000 Controller is adopted PLC control program which is the most advanced in the world at present, 5.7”big screen back light display board, Chinese interface, man-machine dialogue, dynamic display pattern, beautiful design, membrane switch, smooth surface display, easy to operate.
Controller screen displays current working parameters in digital mode, and all function parameters displayed on it can inter-lock diagnostic result.
The controller makes alarm in sound and light signals when the high voltage on and off. It also has the functions of safe interlock protect and alarm when water and electric conditions are not satisfied or in case wrong operations.
The controller has the functions of automatic warm-up, training and presetting the tube current and tube voltage. It makes the tube intelligent training automatically possible.
There are two operation modes, manual and automatic. The parameters of tube voltage, tube current, time preset, focus selection, inter-lock protect, man-machine dialogue and Chinese operation system are make sure no mistake operation. And the high voltage time accumulation, exposure fault memory, figures, sound and alarm prompt all are available.
3.15 Device for the X-ray tube moving and fixing
The device uses power-driven control, could make the X-ray tube moves up and down , horizontally and rotationally. Up-down lift distance is 500-1800mm. The user could choose the best state of the tested parts according to the need of the testing.
