Application:
1. All kinds of underground building,channel,pool,kitchen and washroom ect.
2. Rapid solidification is used for plugging rapidly in egress of water of concrete
3. Delayed solidification is used for the moistureproof treatment in capillary water seepage and without water seepage.
4. Can be pasted on variety of tapestry brick and board ect,playing a good part in water proof.
Processing:
Leaking(rapid solidification)
1. Base:Chisel a groove 30-40mm depth along the point or line of percolating water.
2. Burdening: material:water=1:0.25,kneading to pallet shape rapidly after mixing.(Using warm water based on temperature below 10°C)
3. Operation:According to the size of hole and groove,pinch the material into this shape whose size is smaller than hole and groove.After it becomes hot and hard,pack the material into the hole and groove rapidly and squeezing and tamp lightly with wooden bar to make sure all the material is full of the hole and groove.At last,spread coating on the surface of material.
Delayed solidification waterproof layer
1. Firstly,daubing one layer of material with trowel or scraper blade.Secondly,after the firstly layer becomes hard,then spurt water on it,at last daub the second player of material.
2. Daubing the material strongly and wipe it back and forth to make sure the coating becomes air free.Then maintenance for 2-3 days after drying
3. If the point or line of percolating water is happened,plug it with rapid solidification or then treat the point or line of percolating water,the way is same as above.
Storage:
Storied in ventilated,dry and cool place,shelf life: 6 months
