Overview
SVL series pump is vertical, single-stage or multi-stage single suction heads, centrifugal pump for conveying a variety of clean or slightly polluted, low temperature or high temperature, chemically neutral or corrosive liquids, especially suitable for conveying flammable and explosive, toxic, volatile, low temperature medium.
The SVL series pumps conform to the API 610 10th/API 610 11th design standards of the American Petroleum Institute.

Application scope
It is mainly used in oil refineries, petrochemical industry, low temperature engineering, LPG light hydrocarbon conveying station, power plant, offshore oil production platform and so on. It is especially suitable for transporting liquefied gas, methane, ethane, ethylene, propylene and so on.
Structural characteristics
SVL series vertical pumps are multilevel and radial split. The impeller is generally suction impeller. The axial force is borne by the centripetal thrust ball bearing. When the pressure difference is increased, the balance drum device is used to balance the axial force. Bearing lubrication is lubricated with thin oil, with an independent internal circulation automatic lubrication system. The hydrodynamic journal bearing is located at the inlet of the pump. In a certain depth of installation of the pump, the pump shaft has the position of the middle suction pipe and the discharge pipe in the upper part of the flange, which is 180 degrees to each other. From the driver side, the pump is revolving counter clockwise, and it can also be made according to the requirements of the customer.
