Sino Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd.(SVP) was founded in 2005, focusing on the production of Starters, Alternators, associated Components, and Electric Vehicle Parts.

Distributing to the United States, Europe, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia & China, our annual capacity has been greatly improved on a yearly basis. Our current annual production capacity now stands at 500,000 Alternators, 300,000 Starters, & millions of related Components. Our annual sales have increased steadily by a figure of 30-50%.
The main production facility occupies an area of 6,200 square metres, employs more than 100 people, of whom 20% are professional Engineers. We began to set up our in-house R&D Equipment Department in 2013. We have now independently developed our own Starter and Alternator assembly lines, as well as the core production line, and tooling fixture development operations. In 2016, we introduced the TOYOTA TPS lean production management system, and implemented the ATF16949 standard throughout the entire company in order to uphold the highest standards of manufacturing and organisational quality and efficiency, and to provide the template to ensure the future stable development of the company. Through the determined efforts of the Company Team, a process of constant improvement built upon our core competencies has been formulated. Providing a wide range of products, with a comprehensive range of applications, backed up by the key core technology of our products, and made according to the latest lean production innovations, we have achieved the status of a globally competitive, and internationally credible business committed to maximum manufacturing quality.
