Glass wool thermal insulation blanket used in residential and commercial buildings
Glass wool Introduction:
Glass wool roll with FSK is one of our advantages. Based on abundant exporting experience, we have developed a new method of pasting aluminium foil onto the glass wool surface, which keeps the foil firmly attached to the roll.
Our glass wool is made by by adopting unique centrifugal technology, adding environmental adhesives of thermosetting resins into molten glass fibrosis. It is a kind of elastic glass fiber product made of glass fiber with diameter of only a few microns, and we can also compound moisture-proof facing on-line according to customers' requirements. Because of a large number of tiny air interspaces, it has the functions of heat insulation, sound absorption, safe guarding and etc, so it is the best materials of heat insulation and sound absorption in construction.
Specification:
Glass wool roll
(with aluminium foil, fiberglass cloth, PVC)
(1) Density:10-48kg/m3
(2) Specification:
Width 1200 mm
Length 5-30 m;
(3) Thickness:25-150mm
(Special size can be made to order)
Distinctive Advantages:
1. Adopting all-directional paste form, which is firmer.
2. Soft and long glass fibers can maximally lessen flying catkins in the construction.
3. Sound absorption and noise reduction; it can effectively prevent sound from spreading.
4. Easy for construction; cutting at will.
5. Antisepsis, ageing resistance, and anticorrosion, ensuring a healthy environment.
6. Strong moisture resistance can effectively prevent steam from permeating
Fire Resistance: Fibreglass is one of the most resistant materials to fire - it requires extremely high temperature to burn. However fires can still occur due to poor installation of fibreglass where batts cover down lights & ceiling fans which can cause them to overheat. As a result of a number of fires attributed to improperly installed insulation the Government now requires all downlights to be covered by approved covers.
