
1) Introductions
This heat treatment assembly line adopts Japan foreign furnace technology and is manufactured
and inspected according to the standard of resistance furnace industry. Main components adopt
imported products and the quality of manufacturing and assembling has reached to the advanced
domestic level.This heat treatment line is a full automatic production line composed of the
techniques such as material loading, Front-washing, Vibration Speader,hardening, Cooling,
Rear-washing, Tempering ,Dyeing,Drying ,Oling etc.
2) Specialties
2.1 The heating of main furnace adopts low voltage, high current transformer, which lengthens
the service life of radiant tube and makes it convenient for maintenance and renewal.
2.2 The wire mesh belt adopts synchronous rotating roller, which makes belt endure the lowest
tension during operation in order to lengthen the service life.
2.3 The both supporting ends of supporting roller adopt NSK special heat-resistant self
lubricating bearing, and the heat sink adopts wind-cooling device which assure the intensity.
2.4 The wire mesh belt transmission design is equipped with overload, pass-line deflection
alarming system, which makes the wire mesh belt transmission smooth and steady, without any
deflection. The temperature controlling system adopts PID automatic control, and equipped
with abnormal over temperature alarming system, also equipped with necessary linkages.
2.5 It adopts dripping atmosphere to keep atmosphere pyrolysis inside the furnace,
the usage is easy and reliable, and could prevent carbon accumulation at the dripping
tube mouth. The carbon potential is automatically controlled by oxygen sensor and carbon
controller, and the oxygen sensor is automatically carbon burnt by protector.
2.6 The high-speed rotating bearings of the air fan adopt Japan NSK bearing, which
assures air fan’s operation steady.
2.7 Three curtain type doors (flame door) are equipped inside the furnace, and elevating
furnace door is equipped at the furnace mouth to prevent atmosphere’s draining inside the
furnace, reduce the usage of methanol, lower the cost, and at the same time tackle the
frequent repairing problems of curtain type doors.
2.8 In order to assure the uniformity of the temperature inside the furnace, we adopt
the whole transformer of power to conduct zone control.
2.9 In order to prevent the extensibility of heating elements after heated and assure easy
replacement, the connecting lead wire of heating elements’ (bilateral furnace) extension
stick is flexible wire connected.
2.10 In order to satisfy the production requirements of clients, increase the number of
radiant tubes in the hardening area in the context of no high temperature drop in this area,
and gain power in the hardening area in the context of no crafts influence, which could
gain production and save electricity.
2.11 The cut material mouth of hardening furnace adopt trapezoid structure in the process
of the furnace brick working, in order to prevent accumulated material after long time usage,
and reduce work piece’s wastage and accumulation.
2.12 Installation of manual jointed arm system on the driving medium in the main furnace
to prevent elements scrapping in the event of sudden power failure.
