Diamond-Strut safety grating is one-piece cold-formed and diamond-shaped construction. The diamond opening with serrated surface provides slip-resistance in all directions and grips shoes tightly preventing slips, slides and falls. Open diamond construction design permits the fast drainage of fluids, grease, mud, chips and debris, and catches falling tools and other dangerous items. Apart from serrated surface, there is another surface - non-serrated. The non-serrated surface is adaptable for applications where a high-degree of slip resistance is required with a smooth surface.

In contract with bar grating, Diamond-Strut safety grating has high strength-to-weight ratio in much lighter weight. Lighter weight saves material cost and makes installation easier and quicker. Its one-piece construction without rivets or pressure joints, the sturdy construction offers heavy load-carrying with minimal deflection. It is economical choice for a wide range of applications including industrial walkways, ramps, safety platforms, platforms, catwalks, stair treads, walkway and ladder rungs to name just a few.

Fastening accessories are provided for one-stop purchase. Diamond washer, carriage bolts, anchor plates, J-bolts and walkway splice plates are suitable for most applications.

Pre-galvanized carbon steel: 12 & 14 ga.
HRPO carbon steel: 12 & 14 ga.
Aluminum 5052-H32: 10 & 12 ga.
Stainless steel 304 or 316L: 16 ga.
