Injection grade, flame retardant V0-5VA, low smoke, low density.

Main Applications: microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, electronic appliances and other components

Flame retardant PP material is a modified PP material, which is mainly composed of environmentally friendly bromine-tantalum flame retardant system and halogen-free environment-friendly phosphorus and nitrogen systems. The flame retardant grade can reach UL. 94-V0 (1.6mm, 3.2mm), through the glow wire GWIT: 730/3.0 and GWFI: 850/3.0, the material has low density, strong chemical resistance, balance of rigidity and toughness, good processing fluidity, low shrinkage, small corrosion to the mold, etc. The Flame Retardant PP materials can meet the ROHS environmental protection requirements, and are mainly used in microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, electronic appliances and other components.
