1) Adoption of a dual lead worm and one-body design give the highest rigidity, transmission torque and anti-wear features while machining.

2) The matching percentage is extremely high, because the exclusive dual lead worm creates efficiency in driving higher torque output, less friction and heavier cutting capacity

3) Thread of dual lead worm is designed from small to large pitch (gradually increasing size). This feature provides easy adjustment on the backlash between worm shaft and worm gear. By shifting the worm longitudinally, the highest indexing accuracy is maintained on the worktable.

4) The worm shaft is made of nickel chrome molybdenum alloy steel. Carbonization heat treatment increases its hardness to hrc60 to maximize rigidity and wear resistance.

5) The wholly circular hydraulic clamping system utilizes a high speed clamping sleeve to clamp the entire table, which gives a higher clamping force than conventional disk air brake to prevent table deformation and inaccurate precision.

6) Tanshing products are inspected by Swiss test digimatic height gage and Japanese mitutoyo cmm (coordinate measuring machine) along with fanuc control system for high precision measurement which meets JIS b6330 standard.
