Features:

It’s suitable for the starching and finishing of all types of bands to upgrade the quality of finish products.

It’s completed with Electric Heating Starching Tank, Washing Tank and Twin Drying Cylinder by Heater(ø20°×185CM), the temperature can be adjusted to suit varied kind of band, maximum up to 350°C. In addition, there is a heating type dyeing tank, suitable for the dyeing of light-colored Nylon, Cotton yarm.

Production capacity: Max.25M/Per Minute (1” tape width)

Horsepower: 2HP, DC motor.

Heating capacity: 21KW.

We also carry machines that run on gas (liquid and natural gas).

Note: Buyer must prepare a min. 1/4 air compressor.
