In 2007, we imported spectrum analyzer from Germany and set up silicon colloidal medium-temperature precision casting production line. Our building area for the first phase is about 4,500 square meters and the initial monthly productivity is about 60-80 tons. We can make precision foundry products from stainless steel, carbonic steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous steel, etc. At present, we can do various products,referring to auto parts, mechanical components, pump valve parts, building hardware, petrochemical equipment, cooker accessory, bath accessory, medical instrument accessory and sports equipment. The materials include 201, 202, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 430, 440,1008,1020,20NiCrMo, 42CrMo4 and non-magnetic stainless steel. The minimum weight of casting we can do is 2g, and the maximum weight is 30kg. The minimum casting space available is 0.75mm, and the thinnest is 0. 15mm. The longest blind hole (diameter 30mm) we can make is 170mm. We also have various inspection facilities which can do micro organ and mechanics test. Our company has unitized equipment for mechanical processing, electrolysis polishing and heat treatment.
