The Water heater valve is used for automatic control of hot water and other viscosity ≤28cst in the liquid medium pipeline, it can automatically open or close the valve after receiving the electric control signal, to achieve on/off or flow regulation control of the fluid medium in the pipeline, so as to the system temperature, flow, pressure and other parameters for automatic regulation or remote control.

Working principle of water - gas linkage

The function of the water-gas linkage device is to ensure that the gas control valve can be opened only when the water pressure is sufficient and the heat exchanger is introduced to flow. When the water flow stops or the pressure is insufficient, the gas supply path of the gas will be cut off automatically to prevent the equipment from burning out due to lack of water, which is commonly referred to as "water to, gas to".

Working principle of water - gas linkage

1. Differential pressure equation:

Using the principle of the pressure difference of water on both sides of the film, the pipeline is equipped with a throttle hole (venturi tube). When water flows through the throttle hole, the pressure difference is generated on both sides of the film, and the pressure difference is used to open and close the gas disc. Because the orifice diameter is fixed, so in unit time flow through the orifice of the more water, the water flow through the orifice is faster, according to Bernoulli principle, the pressure difference between the two sides of the orifice produced by the greater, by the stem control disc, so that the degree of valve opening is also increased. Guaranteed in the hot load range of the water heater, the temperature of the water heater to maintain the basic stability, not hot and cold. When the water valve closes and the water stops flowing, the pressure difference between the two sides of the film disappears, the disc resets under the action of the spring, cutting off the air supply to the main burner, the main burner off (at this time, if there is a small fire burner to keep the original combustion state).
