Sodium Tripolyphosphate is white powder, apparent density:0.35-0.90g/ml, melting point: 622degree, easily dissolving in water; water solution is alkaline(PH value of 1% solution is 9.7); can hydrolyze into phosphate in water, has good ability in complexing metal ions,; can be used to soften water; has some surfactant properties.
STPP USAGE:
1. STPP used as main auxiliary of synthetic wash, soap synergistic agent, water softener,leather pre-tanning agent,dye auxiliary agent;
2. STPP is one dispersant of suspension such as paint, kaolin, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate drilling mud;
3. STPP also used as preservative agent for paper making, organic synthesis catalyze;
4. STPP used in epuration of petroleum product, gum latex storage;
5. As dispersant,STPP solvent in metal industry and pharmaceutical industry.
6. STPP used as quality improver, water retentive agent in the process of meat product, fruit juice drinks, beer, dairy products etc;
7. STPP can tender the meat and enhance glutinosity of ham and canned foods, increase weight and keep fresh of seafoods;
8. STPP also prevent protein from curds,sedimentation of dairy product, drinks from oxidation,change color, decomposition of Vitamin C;
9. STPP adjust the quality and intensify function of soybean albumen, soften the scarfskin of horsebean and fruit vegetable;
10. STPP also used as softener and densifier agent.
STORAGE:
The product shall be stored in a clean, dry & cool area protected from exposure to moisture, foreign odors and other contaminants. Due to its strong hygroscopic properties, it shall be stored in a dry & cool area.
