Product Description
TH1500-A is self-developed automatic rotary heat sealing machine which adopts PLC control, is easy to use and works stable. This pressing machine has the advantages of automatically operations, such as automatic tube feeding, automatic bag delivery, precise control, stable operation. It is suited to run 24 hours of continuous operation. TH1500-A is widely used for stand-up bags sealing operation, such as jelly, juice, jam, soybean milk, soy milk, laundry detergent, hand sanitizer, shampoo,etc.

1. The pressing machine is composed of tube feeding system, bag delivery system, heat sealing system, bag-taking system. Each system is fully automatic operation. Production rates can reach 60 pieces every minute(production rate is adjustable from 45 pieces to 60 pieces every minute).
2. The tube feeding system is fully automatic design, more efficient and accurate.
3. The bag delivery system adopts double station design, double efficiency.
4. The size of bag delivery can be proper adjusted between the longest 210mm and the widest 120mm.
