Glycerol Ester of Gum Rosin
Glycerol ester of gum rosin is a kind of refined rosin modified resin. It is the transparent solid, which is made from refined gum rosin through eaterification with glycerol or pentaerythritol, which with the advantage of exhibit almost water white, aging resistance and excellent compatibility with the macromolecule material.
Features
Light color, low odor, good hot-stability and excellent anti-oxidation. It can improve the bonding strength for solvent-based adhesive, press-sensitive adhesive and hot-melt adhesive.
Good solubility: Wide soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, eaters, ketones and chlorinated solvents, etc.
Good compatibility: Free compatible with EVA, SIS, SBS, NR, CR, SBR, and other polymers at free percentage.

Typical Uses
Light color hot-melt adhesives based on EVA, Light color solvent-based adhesive and emulsion by mix-melting with rubber. Pressure-sensitive adhesives based on SIS or SBS.
