Hunan Liuyang Medical Instrument Factory is located in Liuyang City, the hometown of fireworks. Since 1991 when our company took the lead in the hospital use blood collection tubes, together with needles, our factory has, through the efforts of all the workers, become one of the largest Asian producers of blood collection tubes and the only manufacturer that utilizes fully automatic production methods to specialize in blood collection systems in China. Our factory has received CE certificate, as well as ISO9001:2000 and ISO13485:2003 certificates issued by Beijing Hua Guang Certification of Medical Devices Co., Ltd., for Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tools with Needles and Disposable Blood Collection Needles.
Our factory covers about 88,000 square meters, with a purification workshop occupying 15,000 square meters. With annual yield of more than 600 million pieces, our company uses advanced technology to manufacture high-quality products.
At present, there are more than 30 different reagent and dosage specifications for our blood collection tubes to meet the various clinical demands of the medical testing field. Moreover, our factory enjoys a largest market share in the People's Republic of China and has a solid footing in international markets as well. We have established long-term business relationships with companies in more than ten countries, and products are well sold to all over the world. At the same time, our factory also produces other disposable medical devices, such as Tourniquets, Analgesia Pumps, and other related products.
